OUR SERVICESWater Heater Installation
The cost of heating water consumes almost 20 percent of your household budget, second only to what you spend on heating and cooling your home. Despite this expense, water heaters are typically ignored until they break, leaving you with no hot water and, possibly, a flooded basement.
If your water heater is nearing the end of its useful life and you're thinking of replacing it before disaster strikes, you'll be happy to know that you have better choices. New tank water heaters are required to operate more efficiently and tankless (on-demand) water heaters are even more efficient than that.

Equipment Options
Once we understand your water heater issues and your goals, we will customize replacement options to fit them. We'll discuss your options to help you select the one that will work best for you. We will match your needs and budget with the right water heater and help you get the most out of it by installing it properly. We work hard to earn and keep customers' trust, which means we'll only recommend work that's in your best interest. If you don't need a repair or replacement, we're not going to try to convince you that you do.

Installation
Once you've selected a replacement option, please contact us. We will make every effort to schedule your installation at a time that works best for you. Our goal is to make the process as convenient as possible for you.
The installation crew we send to your home will always be made up of full-time Lake Contracting employees, not subcontractors. The use of subcontractors can lead to a disconnect between the quality of work that is promised and the quality of work that is performed. Our crews are trained to provide clean, quality installations. They are held to high standards and consistently meet them.
